Russia apparently caught a spy working for the CIA--he had 2 wigs, sunglasses, knife, cell phone, map, microphone, RFID shield, and stacks of money. He also apparently had a letter offering an initial payment of $100k and an annual salary of $1 mil to a Russian agent:

The 220 story Sky City will start construction next month. The Sky City concept significantly reduces the pe capita use of land and the CO2 emissions generated, so this is seen as the future of Chinese city building. Law enforcement personnel in Louisiana are getting LASIK so that they can stop wearing glasses and contacts. I didn't realize that the DOD has a program for men and women in the military that covers the cost of LASIK so they won't need corrective eyewear in combat situations:
