Udacity, Georgia Tech and AT&T have combined to put an entire computer science degree online, to make access to the material *free*, so that everyone can learn to be a computer scientist. Those who want the MS degree from Georgia Tech need to pay a tuition fee, but the bare content will be free. Those who want non-credit certificates will pay a fee that is much less than tuition:
