There have been a lot of conspiracy theories about all the recent mass animal deaths around the country, but investigations have found simple causes for many of them. The 200 cows that died mysteriously in Wisconsin were killed by spoiled sweet potatoes in their food. The thousands of birds killed in South Dakota were killed by the US Department of Agriculture, since they put out poisoned bait for the birds after a farmer complained the birds were pooping in his animal feed. The thousands of blackbirds in Arkansas that dropped out of the sky were forced to fly at night due to all the noise (fireworks) on New Years' Eve and they apparently have poor night vision so they flew into objects such as houses and killed themselves:

The last quarter of 2010 was the first quarter that Android smartphone sales passed Nokia to become the #1 selling smartphone platform in the world. Q4 2010 Android sales were up 615.1% over Q4 2009 sales! 33.3 million Android smartphones were shipped in Q4 2010, which is more than the total number of iPhones (all models) and BlackBerrys (all models) *combined*:

Apple's iPad sales went from 4.2 million in Q3 2010 to 7.3 mil in Q4 2010, but their market share *dropped* from 95.5% to just 75.3%. The reason for this is that Android tablet sales went from 100k in Q3 to 2.1 mil in Q4...Apple must be worried that the tablet market could be following the same sales trend as the smartphone market, where Android smartphone sales zoomed past Apple last year:
