Who would have thought that the startup behind next big app for the elusive 13-to-25 year olds has just 14 employees working in an office in *Venice Beach*? Facebook bought Instagram for $1 bil and Instagram has 40 million pictures posted every day...six months ago Snapchat had 50 million images shared each day and now they are up to more than *150 mil* photos shared each day. The young demographic that advertisers are desperate to reach apparently are turning away from Facebook, Instagram, and texting to use Snapchat--where photos and videos are set to expire 1-10 seconds after someone views it:

It is very interesting to read about how the auto companies are aggressively trying to move their electric cars, offering below-market leases where they lose money on every car. I can't believe that the Honda Fit EV is just $7k for 3 years, including collision insurance, maintenance, and a charging station:

I had decided that the Honda Fit EV would be the car I would get next (I need to replace my current car this year), but then read about how the Toyota Prius is getting its next generation design for the next model year...and it will include the Prius+ that will have the 3rd row of seats that my family needs:

Acer has decided to launch a second Android-based desktop next week, the latest PC manufacturer to shun Windows 8. Acer's all-in-one device will include the computer and monitor and will cost just $400...Acer's cheapest Windows-based all-in-one computer costs $600. HTC also is not making Windows 8 computers now:
