Federal health regulators are finally getting around to study if antibacterial soaps are safe for human use. Triclosan is the germ-killing ingrediate in 75% of antibacterial soaps...and animal studies of triclosan have indicated that it could increase the risk of infertility, early puberty and other hormone-related problems:

Barnes & Noble is rolling out Google Play support to their Nook tablets. Nook owners like my sister-in-law had been limited to the Nook Store, which has extremely limited availability, so this is great for Nook owners and it is great for Google to have one less fork of Android and more customers for Google Play:
