Conspiracy theorists claim that the White House is using shapeshifting reptile guards from outer space...instead of just denying this last theory, the White House said that budget cutbacks make aliens and robots too expensive and they would have to be eliminated anyway due to the sequester:

Researchers developed efficient solar cells made from trees. The solar cells can be quickly recycled in water at the end of their lifecycle, so this is an amazingly green way to make green energy:

In addition to taxing email, he wants to tax bits--I don't understand his cents per gigabit plan. Tax bits?
