Facebook faces a huge problem with their employees--employees who have been waiting for quite some time to cash in on Facebook's IPO. Facebook employees have 1.7 billion shares in stock options, with 271 million available for sale in 74 days and 1.2 billion shares will be available for sale in mid-November. Facebook had 400 employees in 2007 and 800 in 2008, but if Facebook goes below $23 per share then 1500 employees will be under water with their stock options. If Facebook shares go down to the $10-15 range (which some analysts predict), then Facebook could have their employees leave since their stock options would not be worth anything:

It appears that the Flame malware (targeted apparently at Iran) can make Microsoft Update a malware delivery mechanism! Flame managed to spoof Microsoft-signed digital certificates and can perform man-in-the-middle attacks on the Microsoft Update system:

19-year-old mother in Phoenix was arrested after she left her 5-week-old baby strapped in a car seat on top of her car and drove off! She had been smoking pot late Friday night with her boyfriend and her boyfriend was arrested on aggravated DUI charges when they drove to buy some beer. The Mom smoked more pot at a friend's home and left the house with her baby asleep in the car seat on top of her car...thankfully, Phoenix police found the baby in the car seat in the middle of the road and took him to a hospital:
