Arizona waste water facility employee is being charged with terrorism after he turned off major operating systems at the plant, which could have caused a huge explosion when the methane gas built up.  The man was the only employee during the night shift, and he had a gun with him that resulted in a 2-hour stand-off with police where he prevented anyone from turning on the treatment systems:
