Clearwire is being sued over how they have been throttling home internet connections to as slow as 256kbps while advertising unlimited data plans at speeds over 1Mbps. The lawsuit says that Clearwire cannot actually satisfy its advertised high-speed service and capacity, signing more subscribers than it could handle to maximize revenue and profit.  Clearwire is being accused of a Ponzi-like scheme, where they are selling subscriptions now in hopes of getting enough money to build out its network in the future to make good on its promises then:

Wow, Nokia is paying $6.18 million as a relocation bonus to their CEO so that he would move from Seattle to Finland.  $6.2 million relocation bonus!
