LOTD for November 29

Article about how the Stuxnet virus is a game-changing weaponized cyberattack tool, jumping undetectably from computer to computer until it found the specific, protected control system it was aimed to destroy.  Instead of destroying Iran's nuclear program, the worm changed the rotation speeds that made the bearings wear out quickly, and the speed changes reduced the quality of the uranium processed by the centrifuges that created technical problems that made Iran's nuclear plant ineffective.  So, instead of having Israel bomb Iran's plant, the worm allowed the Iranian nuclear program to continue but never succeed, and never know why it was failing:

Huawei has gone 35% of the commercial LTE contracts so far, more than *twice* the number of contracts its closest rival has won.  Ericsson is in second place with 16% of the contracts, but Ericsson actually has won more LTE revenue because they have the biggest contracts (Verizon, AT&T, etc.):

Clearwire and Sprint are accelerating their WiMAX launch pace as Verizon is about to launch LTE.  It is interesting that even with the new markets that Clearwire is launching (including LA), Verizon will cover more people with their LTE network than Clearwire:
