Escondido man was discovered to have been creating a LARGE amount of a highly explosive compound that has been used in terrorist plots and suicide bombers worldwide. The explosives were found after a small amount of his explosives accidentally exploded and injured a gardener. If they find any more of the explosive they might have to shut down the 15 freeway near El Norte Parkway, after they already shut down the 15 south for 3 hours on Friday due to the risk of explosion:
