Cisco's stock *plummeted* today due to the gloomy revenue outlook they gave yesterday. Cisco lost *$23.5 billion* from its market cap in 30 minutes, and rival companies like Juniper were hurt also:

Sprint and Clearwire are in a dispute over the money Sprint pays Clearwire and Sprint has initiated arbitration. Several hundred thousand Evo and Epic subscribers use their phones outside of Clearwire's coverage area and Clearwire says that Sprint needs to pay Clearwire for those devices--Sprint says that Clearwire should not be paid for devices that never connect to Clearwire's WiMAX network. This may be crucial for Clearwire's financial stability, as Clearwire's SEC filing disclosed that Clearwire's wholesale revenue would more than DOUBLE if they were paid for the Sprint subscribers that don't use their network:

Bluegrass Cellular is the latest rural carrier to participate in Verizon's rural LTE program. The carrier gets to use Verizon's spectrum and provide LTE to their customers, and Verizon gets LTE coverage in rural Kentucky via Bluegrass:
