Google's founders wanted Steve Jobs to be Google's CEO, after interviewing 12-13 candidates they didn't like. The documentary also released that Brin and Page decided they liked Eric Schmidt (still Google's CEO) because he attended Burning Man:

His construction company has a strict policy of no working on Sunday (he is the exclusive builder for Costco and Costco executives were shocked when he was willing to give up the Costco contract if it meant his company had to work on Sunday) and his construction workers (only 2% are Mormon like the founder) are forbidden from drinking, smoking, or cursing:
