Decorated Army doctor, an 18-year veteran, says that the charges against him for refusing deployment to Afghanistan should be dismissed because Pres. Obama doesn't have the authority to send him. Lt. Col. Lakin is facing court martial for disobeying orders, but he says that his orders are illegal because Pres. Obama has not proven he was born in the US and is therefore ineligible to be President:

The Zero Day Initiative is trying to force software companies to fix security flaws and bugs, so now vendors will have 6 months to fix vulnerabilities, after that they will release limited details on the vulnerability and inform organizations and consumers at risk from the hole how they can protect themselves.
