I think that it is pretty neat that Maryland, Ohio State, and other colleges are using Wii Fit as a central part of the monitoring and treatment of athletes with concussions:

A hardware store in Camarillo, CA has provided free doughnuts and coffee to customers for more than a dozen years...until the county told him that he was violating food-handling regulations and had to stop. The Ventura County health official says that if he wants to provide a box of doughnuts (which he buys from somewhere else) he has to install a prep kitchen to handle the food and install stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water:
