Study found that women need to exercise for an *hour* a day if they do not want to gain weight as they get older. The only women in the study that maintained a normal body weight (BMI of 25 or less) were those that exercised an average of 60 minutes per day, 7 days a week, which is 3x higher than the amount recommended to avoid heart disease and other ailments:
