Catholic school teacher in Indiana is suing because she claims she was fired for undergoing fertility treatments to become pregnant. She was a well regarded teacher at the school from 2003 and 2011 and was diagnosed with a medical condition in 2010 that causes infertility. She told her principal in 2010 that she would be undergoing IVF treatments because she and her husband wanted to have a child, and the principal told her "You are in my prayers" and gave her time off to receive treatments. A year later she requested time off for a second round of fertility treatments and was told to report to the pastor of the church...and the pastor called her a "grave, immoral sinner" and added that if people found out about her IVF treatments it would cause a "scandal" for the church.  It appears that the pastor and the principal viewed things differently...
