US F-15E fighter jet crashed in Libya, with one crew member picked up by a US helicopter and the other said to be safe after being rescued by Libyan rebels. The F-15 apparently suffered a mechanical failure, something that has happened before with that aging jet:

Apple sued Amazon over Amazon calling their Android app store an "App Store":

After today, that game will cost 99 cents so get it now if you think you might want it. I installed the Amazon Appstore app and downloaded a few free games to see how it works. I may never play Angry Birds Rio, but I have virtually unlimited space on my phone and figure I should get it while it is free:

Man in San Antonio was upset that the price of a Taco Bell burrito has gone from 99 cents to $1.49, so he apparently shot an air gun at the restaurant manager, showed he had a semiautomatic assault rifle and pistol, then exchanged gunfire with 3 police officers!

Man is in jail without bail after showing up 1.5 hours late for his felony DWI charge...and he was drunk, carrying an open car of beer in one hand, and had 4 more cans of beer in a bag with him when he showed up in court!
