Flextronics supplies Apple with camera and battery components. A Senior Director of Business Development at Flextronics and 3 co-defendants were caught by the FBI discussing sensitive information. For example, he gave them details of the iPhone 4 *8 months* before Apple announced them and he gave them information about the iPad *4 months* before Apple unveiled it. He said that at Apple you could get fired for even saying the word "K48" that referenced the iPad:

RIM beat Wall Street expectations with BlackBerry shipments up *40%* over last year's same quarter. During Apple's recent third quarter earnings conference call, Steve Jobs noted that Apple shipped 14.1 million iPhones and said that far surpassed the 12.1 million BlackBerrys sold in the second quarter...but RIM points out that Apple sold 14.1 million iPhones in the third quarter and RIM sold 14.2 million BlackBerrys in the third quarter:
