Dell gives BlackBerry smartphones to 25,000 of its employees and will be switching all of them to Dell's Windows 7 smartphones. They also plan to make Dell Android smartphones available to their employees in the near future. Dell is trying to convince its business customers to switch from BlackBerry devices to Dell smartphones. Dell says that they will save money because they won't need BlackBerry servers anymore...but once Dell started selling smartphones this switch was inevitable:
