Article about how Russia wants Israel to sell it the most advanced UAVs that Israel has and how Russia publicly admits they will try to reverse-engineer the technology--apparently the dozen UAVs Israel sold to Russia were not enough to help Russia figure out how to develop its own line of UAVs. This article states that Israel has been going along with this because it is the price Russia demands for not supplying Iran with an advanced air defense system:

Israel's military wants a studier, stealthier UAV that can fly undetected in combat zones:

US businesses that trade in DNA have been warned about how they could potentially supply terrorists with DNA sequences that can be used to harm entire populations. Some security experts believe that a single terrorist can now develop biological weapons from materials generally distributed by synthetic DNA companies. Scary stuff:

Public-safety answering points around the country are upgrading their operations to accept text messages, photos, and videos from wireless 911 callers. It has been found that people feel more free to send in tips via text messages because they go through a 3rd-party server and arrive completely anonymous to the police:

AT&T promised to try to fix their network problems in New York and San Francisco (isn't that admitting they have big problems in both major markets?)...and seem to imply that they will try to throttle back the data usage for their biggest data users. They say that "educating" their customers will get them to voluntarily stop using a lot of data...I'm guessing their customers won't stop using their Apps voluntarily, so it will be interesting to see what happens next. Apparently, AT&T admits that their network cannot handle the data usage of their customers, but trying to get their customers to cut back will be hard I think:

This article indicates that AT&T is hinting at a move towards usage-based charges for mobile data service:

Text messages are increasingly being used as proof in divorce cases:
