In order to fight against hunters illegally shooting at elk, Oregon is using a robotic elk to catch hunters that shoot illegally such as when it is not hunting season. Oregon has used a lot of deer, elk, antelope, bear and turkey decoys to try to catch hunters, but hunters have learned to make sure that something is moving before shooting...so, the new robotic elk move:
