Parents are understandably upset that Continental sent their unaccompanied kids to the wrong cities on back-to-back days...having two flights leave simultaneously from one gate is really difficult for anyone, especially kids flying by themselves. I know that their ratings are way down from the start of the season, but is this really a good way to try to get the ratings up?
